On March 14, 2025, a professional association of teachers of natural and mathematical disciplines was held at the Rivne Medical Academy.
The meeting was attended by pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of separate structural divisions of the Rivne Medical Academy, in particular: Dubno Professional Medical College, Kostopil Professional Medical College and Rokytne Professional Medical College.
The moderators of the event were Dida Halyna Anatoliivna, Doctor of Philosophy, head of the cyclic committee of Mathematics and Physics of the Professional Medical College of "Rivne Medical Academy" and Burachyk Olha Zakharivna, head of the cyclic committee of Chemistry and Biology of the Professional Medical College of "Rivne Medical Academy".
The event discussed topical issues related to the use of modern technologies in education, in particular: Google services and the Moodle learning environment. The use of such services in teaching natural and mathematical disciplines allows to significantly increase the efficiency of assessment and management of the educational process, contributes to the convenience and automation of testing processes, providing feedback and organizing educational materials. Thanks to these services, teachers can devote more time to individual work with students, which improves the quality of education. The use of such platforms allows to involve students in active learning and makes the assessment process more objective and effective.
Pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers discussed the advantages and difficulties of using Google and Moodle services, shared their own experience and recommendations for integrating these platforms into their teaching activities. Teachers who will be certified in 2024-2025 shared their work experience and their own achievements: Matveiev Serhii Viktorovych, Pronchuk Liudmyla Serhiivna, Sternik Vita Mykolaivna, Kaskiv Mariana Volodymyrivna, Kushnir Lesia Oleksandrivna.
Summing up the work of the professional association of teachers of natural and mathematical disciplines, Khmeliar Inessa Makarivna, head of the educational and methodological department of the Rivne Medical Academy, drew attention to the main aspects of improving the professional competence of a pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical worker, which is important in providing high-quality educational services to students.
