On February 6, 2026, an instructive and methodological meeting was held at the Professional Medical College of the Rivne Medical Academy. Dmytro LYSYTSIA, director of the college, introduced those present to the main areas of activity of the institution. In his speech, Dmytro Leonidovych focused on the results of the administrative meeting of the Rivne Medical Academy, which was held under the chairmanship of the rector Roman SHUSTYK. Inessa KHMELIAR, head of the educational and methodological department, emphad that in order to improve the professional skills of teaching staff and generalize the results of their certification, a methodological ten-day workshop will be held at the institution based on the results of the certification of teaching staff.

Within the framework of the methodological ten-day workshop, it is planned:

– holding open classes for teaching staff who are being certified;

– master classes and trainings on current issues of educational activity;

– presentation of the best pedagogical experience;

– discussion of the results of certification and determination of directions for further professional development;

– meetings of cyclic committees to develop recommendations for improving the educational process.

Carrying out these events will contribute to improving the quality of educational services, improving methodological work and the professional growth of the teaching staff.

The meeting also considered the issue of forming a list of elective disciplines for the 2026/27 academic year.
