OUR STUDENTS MEET FUTURE EMPLOYERS
The Central City Hospital of Rivne City Council hosted meeting of our graduating students with the management of the medical institution, organized by the Academy's Employment Assistance Department. Students from the “Medical business” department (9), who will soon begin their professional careers, took part in it.
Our students had the opportunity to talk to the Deputy Director for Personnel and the head nurse of the hospital, learn about employment conditions, career prospects and the peculiarities of working in a modern medical institution.
During the meeting, they discussed:
- the role of a nurse in a multidisciplinary team and the level of professional autonomy;
- strategic directions for the development of nursing - quality of care, continuous education, implementation of evidence-based practices;
- new functions and expanded opportunities for the professional growth of young specialists.
Such meetings are systematic and important for the Rivne Medical Academy, because we strive for our graduates to confidently enter the profession and be in demand on the labor market.
