A meeting of the methodological meeting of heads of structural units of professional pre-higher and higher medical education was held at the Rivne Medical Academy. The topic of the meeting was “Efficiency of managerial decision-making: regulatory framework, reporting, appointment of responsible figures”.

The event brought together pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, heads and deputy heads of educational institutions - structural units of the Academy.

The discussion space covered the key areas of modern educational management. In particular, the first vice-rector of the Academy Ruslana Konoshchuk and the director of the Professional medical college Dmytro Lysytsia shared their own experience, the head of the educational and methodological department Inessa Khmeliar spoke about the steps to ensure the quality of education, the dean of the medical and pharmaceutical faculty Larysa Korobko presented modern methods of effective management of higher education institutions, and the lecturer of the Academy Yuliia Turpakova focused on the issue of maintaining mental health among teachers.

The invited guest of the meeting was Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management of the Ternopil National Pedagogical University after Volodymyr Hnatiuk Oksana Bodnar, who presented the report “Technology of managerial decision-making”.

The meeting was held in a mixed format, which allowed everyone to join the discussions.
