Constitution Day of Ukraine

Traditionally, on June 28, Ukrainians celebrate a national holiday - Constitution Day of Ukraine. This is not just a document - it is the basis of a legal state, which not only establishes the rights of every citizen, but also defines his duties.

The Constitution is no less important in the work of doctors - the Rivne Medical Academy is convinced. This was emphad during the interactive event "The Constitution of Ukraine: the health of the nation in our hands". 

Teacher Oksana Dovhalets presented a historical excursion "History of the Constitution of Ukraine", where she recalled the most significant dates of the formation of this document. And teacher Svitlana Lukashchuk singled out the most important for doctors - those provisions that relate to healthcare. The event ended with a short quiz on knowledge of the Constitution, as well as a flash mob #MedicsForTheConstitution.

"A doctor who knows the law is protected. A patient who is treated by a knowledgeable doctor is safe." It was with these words that the organizers summed up the conversation dedicated to the main document in the life of every person and the main one for every democratic state.
