Let's take care of our mental health together!

Under this slogan, on October 10-14, 2024, a cycle of events was held at the "Rivne Medical Academy", at Professional Medical College according to the college-academic project "Your Mental Health", in particular:

• an educational seminar-training on the problem of "Preserving the mental health of participants in the educational process of medical education institutions under martial law", which covered the following discussion topics: "Mental health in the theory and practice of psychology, sociology, pedagogy, medicine"; "Professional burnout. Recommendations for preventing and overcoming the manifestation of professional burnout"; "Formation of team spirit";

• training "Techniques of psychological self-help"; a master class for making dolls "Made with love!";

• work in the sections "Development of health-preserving competence of participants in the educational process of medical education institutions under martial law";

• local history excursions and weekend relaxation "Tunnel of Love", "Carpathian Voyage".

Such events are positively effective, highly professional, educational and creative for all participants of the educational process.
