The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its resolution dated 19.11.2025 No. 1513, approved the Procedure of responding to cases of violence and cruelty to children (then referred to as the Procedure) https://bit.ly/4pqlzZM

The Procedure defines the mechanism of responding to cases of violence and cruel treatment of children in educational, cultural, healthcare, social protection, physical culture and sports, health and recreation institutions, youth centers, in whose teams there are children or who are in contact with children (regardless of the type and form of ownership) (then referred to as entities), which occurred in the premises, on the territory of the entity or during events outside its borders, the organizer (co-organizer) of which is the entity.

The procedure is mandatory for entities when developing their own regulations on preventing and combating violence and child abuse.
