Legal excursion to the 28th anniversary of the promulgation of the Constitution of Ukraine

The Constitution of Ukraine has a long and difficult history of its formation.  Finally, on June 28, 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the text of the Constitution of Ukraine, which remains the main law of the state to this day. This became an important milestone in the process of Ukraine becoming an independent, democratic and legal state.

In the Professional Medical College, the teacher of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence S.Yu Lukashchuk conducted a "Legal Excursion to the Day of the Constitution of Ukraine" during which students got acquainted with a presentation lecture on the topic of the Constitutional Law of Ukraine, and considered the following questions: Constitutional right to non-interference in personal and family life, Constitutional right of a person for life, the rights of medical workers and the rights of "patients" in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine.
