Its Majesty Honey

Modern medicine is actively developing, offering more and more new medicines. But along with them, for treatment and maintenance of well-being, the modern world actively uses substances that have been known since ancient times. Such natural medicines have always been beekeeping products.

Teachers of the Rivne Medical Academy Vita Sternik, Olha Burachyk, Nataliia Zakharko, Halyna Holobosh, Liudmyla Stibysh and Tamara Onyshchuk, as part of the Month of Natural and Mathematical Disciplines, organized an extracurricular event "Its Majesty Honey"! Those present learned more about the composition of honey, its properties, and its use in various fields, including cosmetology. They also got acquainted with interesting facts about this sweet product, tried different methods of checking honey for quality and, of course, tasted it!

This is how tasty, useful, and interesting the young future doctors of the Academy not only enrich their knowledge about the beneficial properties of natural products, but also form the understanding that medicine and nature always go hand in hand.
