The school year has ended, but the training itself continues. We continue to introduce students to our institution and medicine!

The Rivne Medical Academy was visited by students from the Center for Children and Youth Creativity of the Horodok Community. Under the supervision of the Academy teacher Illia Laba, the students repeated the basics of the life support (BLS) course, where they had the opportunity to update their skills in providing first aid, including approaching the victim, calling for emergency assistance, checking breathing, and placing the victim in a stable lateral position. The highlight of this course is working with a mannequin, on which the "young rescuers" practiced cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills and applying tourniquets to stop critical bleeding.

The students listened with pleasure, asked questions, and repeated. After all, it is practice that gives a sense of confidence when a situation becomes real. And we are happy to share our knowledge so that our youth will strive to learn more and more!

We are proud of the rising generation, which will skillfully provide first aid, which has always been necessary, especially in our days!
