On April 24, 2024, the Medical School from the MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy" visited the pupils of the Kvasyliv Lyceum for the first time. And exactly a year later we returned! This time - a new meeting with the pupils of the eighth grade.

Olena Horska, a teacher at the Rivne Medical Academy, talked about the nutrition of teenagers: does it all depend on calories, how to form a plate, what to snack on at school and what not to, how to add more vegetables and fruits to the diet.

The students learned what over-processed foods are, how to read labels and figured out what is really hidden in the composition of food and why Ukrainian borsch is a superfood.
