“Barrier-free is when you can”

Barrier-free is about dignity and opportunities available to everyone. It is when everyone feels that they are heard and that they are part of society.

“Barrier-free is when you can” is an all-Ukrainian campaign for social change, which is part of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-free Space and is implemented jointly with UNICEF with the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska “Without Barriers”.

Its goal is to tell Ukrainians about the principles of barrier-free and involve everyone in creating a barrier-free Ukraine, in which respect, support and accessibility are the norm, not the exception.
