For World Autism Awareness Day

It is important to know and not to ignore. An online event dedicated to disseminating information about autism was held at the Rivne Medical Academy. During the meeting, the head of the cyclic committee of general therapeutic profile Nadiia Huz and senior lecturer in pediatrics Tamara Roshcheniuk presented thorough information about the features of autism, modern approaches to supporting children with ASD and the importance of inclusion in society.

Special attention was paid to the activities of centers and organizations that care for children with autism. Initiatives were presented that help children adapt, develop their abilities and integrate into the society.
