We learn to teach and guide youth

The head of the employment department of the Rivne Medical Academy, Olha Ostapchuk, became one of 30 participants in the All-Ukrainian training for specialists working with youth in educational institutions. The selection was extremely competitive: only the best were selected from over 300 applications submitted.

The event took place for three days in the Rivne region and brought together participants from all regions of Ukraine. The training was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine with the assistance of the Rivne Regional State Administration and SpivDiia.

The main goal of the event is to prepare specialists who will be able to become professional consultants for young people on career development, employment, self-realization and choosing an educational trajectory.

Over the course of three days, participants mastered practical career counseling tools, studied active listening techniques, creating motivational letters, building a personal brand, and also worked on situational cases in teams.

Olha Ostapchuk demonstrated a high level of professionalism, deep knowledge, experience in practical work with youth, confident communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

A high level of organization, thorough preparation, modern training formats, and practical orientation of the event created an effective environment for the professional growth of participants.

It is nice that representatives of the Rivne Medical Academy are among the ambassadors of confident steps in supporting and developing Ukrainian youth!
