Representatives of the Rivne Medical Academy took part in the 8th International Scientific Conference “Information and Innovative Technologies in the 21st Century”, which took place on September 11–12 in Katowice (Poland) and was organized by Akademia Śląska.

The event brought together scientists from different countries of the world around the topic of modern challenges and prospects for the development of technologies in science and education. Among the participants were representatives of more than twenty higher education institutions from Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Georgia and Malaysia.

Acting Rector of the Rivne Medical Academy Ruslana Konoshchuk addressed the participants with a welcoming speech in an online format. She emphad the importance and honor of the participation of representatives of our institution in such a high international scientific event.

During the plenary session, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences of our Academy Dmytro Lysytsia made a speech. He presented an online report “The use of information technologies in monitoring studies of educational problems”, which aroused interest and lively discussion among the participants. His speech outlined the practical importance of IT solutions in medical education, which is extremely relevant in modern realities.

Many teachers of our institution joined the conference online, and Vitalii Undir, Deputy Chairman of the Rivne Regional Council, also took part in the work in Katowice, who spoke about the experience of our region's cooperation with Polish regions.

The participation of the Rivne Medical Academy team in the scientific forum emphas the active international position of the institution and the desire to be at the forefront of educational and scientific changes.
