As part of a series of guest lectures, on February 10, 2026, Olena Hashynska, a lecturer of the Rivne Medical Academy, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Medical and Preventive Disciplines and Laboratory Diagnostics, gave a lecture at Lviv Medical Academy after Andrii Krupynskyi.

The lecture on the topic “Different Colors of Management. Spiral Dynamics: from the general concept to the hospital department” was dedicated to the formation of the managerial thinking of future nursing leaders.

The event was attended by teachers of both academies and students of Nursing at the bachelor's and master's levels of education. The meeting took place in an interactive format: participants analyzed management situations, worked with cases, and discussed modern approaches to organizing the work of the department.

The event was an important step in strengthening professional partnerships between educational institutions and developing managerial competencies in the field of nursing.
