The Conference continues despite threats
The second day of the conference “Nurse is the basis of the healthcare system” in Rivne became another proof that Ukrainian medicine is strong, united, and resilient.
On this day, Rivne suffered an enemy attack, so the conference continued in a shelter in a networking format. Yet even under such circumstances, professional dialogue, learning, and exchange of experience did not stop for a single moment.
Participants discussed modern nursing, new professional roles, psychological support, infection control, rehabilitation, and teamwork in healthcare. Special attention was given to practical workshops on BLS, mental health, and integrated approaches to the work of healthcare professionals.
Lecturers of Rivne Medical Academy also actively participated in the conference, shared their experience, and moderated practical training sessions.
Despite the air alarms and difficult circumstances, the atmosphere remained warm, professional, and truly inspiring. Because today Ukrainian healthcare workers represent not only knowledge, but also resilience, humanity, and the ability to hold their front line under any conditions.
These two conference days were exactly that — strong, meaningful, and genuine.
