The students of the Professional Medical College of the MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy" Artem Holovnych and Anhelina Kozlova won prizes at the XXV student scientific and practical conference with international participation "Current issues of modern medical education, science and practice"!

Today, a large-scale student scientific and practical conference was held in Lviv. It brought together students of medical educational institutions of Ukraine. Nowadays it is extremely important that the event was held in a face-to-face format. Young scientists were able not only to present their work, but also to communicate, exchange ideas, and discuss scientific topics.

The MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy" was represented by three students.

Thus, Artem Holovnych, a student of the "Medical business" department of the Professional Medical College, presented a report "Post-surgical alopecia in modern medical practice." And Viktoriia Sakhniuk, a student of the Pharmacy Department of the Professional Medical College, presented a report on “Study of the effectiveness of a regenerating cream with sea buckthorn oil for healing hand cracks”. Both worked under the supervision of Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Mariana Kaskiv.

Angelina Kozlova, a student of the “Dentistry” department of the Professional Medical College, presented a report on the topic “The influence of solar activity, in particular magnetic storms and changes in the Earth’s magnetic field, on the physical and psycho-emotional state of adolescents”. Her scientific supervisor is a higher category teacher, senior teacher Olena Savruk.

According to the results of the conference, Angelina Kozlova took 2nd place, and Artem Golovnych took 3rd place among the conference participants!
