This year's anniversary forum brought together about 430 participants from 15 regions of Ukraine - nurses, medical brothers, teachers and doctors. More than 2 thousand participants joined online. Among them - teachers of the Rivne Medical Academy Olena HASHYNSKA, Olena HORSKA and Nataliia POVAR, who represented our institution in the community of professionals dedicated to the of medicine.

Two days were full of inspiration, exchange of experience and lively communication. They talked about leadership, influence and dignity in nursing, about emotional intelligence, mental resilience and the development of a profession that saves lives every day.

We thank the organizers of the forum, the Lviv Medical Professional College of Postgraduate Education, for the opportunity to join an event that inspires, unites, and makes Ukrainian nursing even stronger.
