On May 1, the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference was held in Yaremche. The transformations of graduate education as a leading factor in the formation of the modern professional role of a nurse, the conceptual approach to clinical nursing and evidence-based practice, as well as lifelong learning were discussed. The Rivne Medical Academy was represented at the conference by Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Oksana Shtrimaitis.

During her welcoming speech, she focused on the importance of defining a nurse as a partner by all members of the clinical team and the need to support nurses as autonomous subjects of the clinical process at the legislative level. Oksana Viktorivna was also invited to a panel discussion on the issues of continuous professional development of medical workers.
