On May 13-14, 2021, an extremely powerful event took place. All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference with international participation "Topical issues of clinic, diagnosis, treatment at various levels of medical care" was held. About 800 participants took part in it with great pleasure and interest in the online format. On the first day of the conference with the participation of creative speakers many issues of practical medicine were discussed and the horizons in the field of clinic, diagnosis and treatment of many pathologies were broadened. The second day of the event provided an opportunity to participate in the round table "Management as an effective tool for communication in health care", briefing "Metabolic syndrome is the epidemic of today", debate "Personal boundaries of the doctor" and sessions of inspiration from successful individuals.
