Today, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of the Rivne Medical Academy, Oksana Shtrimaitis, took part in the scientific and practical conference "Current Issues of Laboratory Medicine".

During her report on the topic: "Current Issues of Continuous Professional Development of Healthcare Workers", Oksana Viktorivna focused on the role of continuous professional development as a key factor in improving the quality of medical services, compliance with modern requirements of the healthcare system and the implementation of quality standards in the practical activities of specialists.

We would like to thank the organizers of the event - "Central City Hospital" - for the professional discussion, and the participants - for their active interest in the topic of developing human resources in medicine.
