"Aesculapius": a practice that matters in the rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the nervous system
Medicine is about precision, knowledge and doing the right thing at the right time.
At the meeting of the "Aesculapius" club, students worked on an important topic — features of the management of people who have suffered a stroke.
The class was conducted by Dmytro Kysil, a trainer of the mobile rehabilitation teams and a practicing physical therapist. Live cases, practical advice and experience that you won't find in textbooks are exactly what make a real specialist.
Together with the guest lecturer, student-members of the "Aesculap" club mastered not only theory, but also practical skills that will help in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
We also thank Svitlana Shadyi, a teacher of the discipline “Medical and Social Rehabilitation”, for attracting such speakers and the opportunity for students to learn from practitioners. Because a strong physician begins with correct practice.
