At the meeting of the "Aesculapius" club, students, together with teacher Iryna Dzhula, practiced methods of examining a patient in internal medicine - skills without which the work of a future doctor is impossible.

During the lesson, students performed superficial and deep palpation of the abdomen, learned to determine the boundaries and s of the liver by percussion, performed comparative and topographic percussion of the lungs, as well as auscultation of the lungs to assess respiratory sounds.

Special attention was paid to the examination of the cardiovascular system: they determined the boundaries of relative cardiac dullness, practiced points for auscultation of the heart and analyzed heart sounds. Students also practiced measuring blood pressure.

Maximum practice, live communication and professional skills - this is how future doctors are formed.
