Not all important discoveries happen at the classes. Sometimes - during a game, a random phrase or an honest answer that you didn't even plan to speak out loud.

This is exactly what the psychological game "The Chosen Ones" in the "Harmony Inside" group turned out to be. Together with the trainer, game practitioner and facilitator of emotional transformations Olha Kret, the students lived an experience that is difficult to get from textbooks: they learned to trust, listen to themselves and others, defend their own position, notice their true emotions and talk about them openly.

We thank Olha Kret, who created an atmosphere in which each participant could feel heard and accepted. Through the game, live interaction and subtle psychological guidance, she helped the students not only join the process, but also look at themselves more deeply - without masks, templates and fear of being "not like that".

Without long lectures and correct answers. Only sincere communication, real reactions and a space where you can be yourself.

The meeting took place at the club with the leader Ania Pavlushenko and the curator Olha Ostapchuk. And after the game, everyone took away something much more than just emotions: new thoughts, inner awareness and the feeling that psychology is not only about theory, but also about live contact with yourself and the people around you.
