On December 17, the Rivne Medical Academy hosted an educational and methodological seminar for teachers of clinical disciplines, dedicated to the development of an individual educational trajectory of a medical student as an important factor in the formation of soft skills.

During the event, modern approaches to individualization of learning, the role of simulation methods, visualization and emotional intelligence in the training of future medical specialists, the development of "soft skills", special competencies were discussed.

The seminar became a platform for professional dialogue, exchange of experience and the search for effective solutions for the development of modern medical education.
