Career guidance can be informal — and it works!
A career guidance picnic was held at Rivne Lyceum No. 25, where students got to know their future professions in a light and lively atmosphere.
The Rivne Medical Academy was presented by Liliia Voitovych — assistant professor of the Department of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, Ania Pavlushenko — a career guidance specialist, and Ruslana Kozachuk — a second-year student of the Master's degree in Nursing.
No dry presentations — straight to practice. The students learned about the conditions of admission, training, and career opportunities, and were also able to try basic medical manipulations themselves: measure blood pressure, blood glucose levels, get acquainted with myostimulation and modern rehabilitation technologies.
This is an honest dialogue and a real acquaintance with the profession. And it seems that medicine has made interested many pupils!
We sincerely thank Lyceum No. 25 for the invitation and great organization. We are glad to be a part of such initiatives!
