Safe Internet Day aims to stimulate national conversation within each country of the world and the world as a whole: the responsible, respectful, critical and creative use of modern information technology.

This year, Safe Internet Day is celebrated on February 8. It was decided to choose the slogan "Together for the best Internet" for the holiday and talk about social networks.

The college students also joined the celebration to protect peers from harmful information influences, emphasizing the importance of safe behavior on the World Wide Web.

The first-year students of the Department “Nursing Affair” A (9) together with a teacher of Computer Science Lukashchuk V.I. held an on-line event, where they discussed issues of manipulation on social networks, collection of personal data by fraudsters, and how to avoid dangers on Instagram and TikTok.

The event was attended by the college deputy director for educational work Bukhalska S.Ye. and group teachers.
