On October 22, 2021, a film lecture was held at Rivne Professional Medical College on the occasion of the All-Ukrainian Day of Responsibility and the anniversary of the birth of Bohdan Havrylyshyn, an economist who predicted the collapse of the USSR. First-year students got acquainted with video materials about the life and work of B. Havrylyshyn, as well as with the Principlea of the Declaration of Human Responsibility. The moderator of the event is a teacher Oleksii Patiaka.
