On October 12, 2023, a round table on the topic: "Pedagogical conditions for the professional growth of teaching and scientific-pedagogical workers" was held at "Rivne Medical Academy".

Scientific and pedagogical workers of Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatiuk and Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, methodologists and heads of structural subdivisions of "Rivne Medical Academy" joined the educational and methodological event. Based on the results of the work, methodical recommendations were developed for the professional growth of teaching and scientific-pedagogical workers in the conditions of educational changes.
