At the Rivne Medical Academy great attention is paid to the formation of practical skills in students.

A master class on the topic "Methods of examination of gynecological patients" for the students of the "Nursing" department was conducted by teacher Liudmyla Heletei.

During the lesson, students were introduced to modern methods of examination in gynecology. Particular attention was paid to ultrasound examination. Participants also examined medical instruments used during a gynecological examination, discussed the features of their use and purpose.

The practical part of the lesson was devoted to the technique of taking smears from the vagina and cervix, as well as familiarization with the colposcopy method as an important stage in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases.

Such practical classes help students consolidate theoretical knowledge and form professional skills necessary for future medical practice.
