On January 19, 2026, an open meeting of the cyclic committee of natural disciplines of the Rivne Professional Medical College of the MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy" was held.

During the meeting, the results of the organization and quality of the educational process for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year were summed up, and ways to improve the practical training of students were discussed.

At the meeting, the key tasks for the second semester were identified:

- arrangement of educational and methodological materials;

- updating information and methodological materials on the MOODLE platform;

- strict adherence to working curricula and the schedule of the educational process;

- training of teachers in 2026 and the introduction of modern pedagogical methods and digital tools.

Particular attention was paid to the issues of teacher certification. The level of professional competence of teaching staff and their compliance with current requirements and educational standards was analyzed. Based on the results of the discussion, recommendations were developed for the further development of the committee's human resources potential.

Such meetings are a systematic approach to analyzing educational activities and planning further steps. The implementation of the identified priorities will contribute to improving the quality of education, professional growth of teachers and practical training of students.
