To Taras Shevchenko's birthday, the Rivne Medical Academy looked at his work from a modern angle.

The teacher Viktoriia Biletska organized the quest "Taras Shevchenko: reboot of traditional perception". The participants spoke about Shevchenko not only as a classic of Ukrainian literature, but also as a person whose ideas remain relevant today.

Students viewed and discussed memes with Shevchenko, which reinterpret his words and thoughts, listened to songs by modern performers based on the poet's poems, and also tried to imagine what heroes of films or cartoons the characters of his works could be.

Such a modern view helped to experience the Kobzar's work in a different way, to see that his poetry continues to live in culture, music, and even in the digital space.

And the teacher Vasyl Kolinchuk offered a historical view of the famous "Kobzar". A documentary on this topic allowed us to take a different look at the book, the conditions under which it was written, and its significance for the literature and history of Ukraine.
