Before the start of the new academic year, the main tasks and areas of work were identified in the Professional medical college of "Rivne Medical Academy". The acting rector of the Academy, Ruslana Konoshchuk, addressed the attendees with a welcoming speech, wishing the teachers a fruitful academic year, high scientific achievements and inspiration to interest each student in their subject.

During the pedagogical council, the director of the college, Dmytro Lysytsia, summarized the results of this year's admission campaign, announced the structural and personnel changes that took place in the college. In particular, the structure of the cyclic committee was brought into line with modern realities and the heads of the updated units were determined.

They also identified key areas of work in the educational process, which were introduced by the deputy rector of the Academy, Volodymyr Babiak.

With the specifics of methodological work and training of the team, this year's directions and changes were announced by the head of the methodological department, Inessa Khmeliar.

And the deputy director of the college on educational work, Svitlana Bukhalska, emphad the moral, ethical, legal and cultural aspects that teachers should pay attention to when working with students, especially with first-year students.

Traditionally, the ceremony of presenting awards and gratitude to our colleagues who devoted themselves and their efforts to the development of the Academy was especially touching and pleasant.

So the first pedagogical council of this academic year was held in a constructive and meaningful format.
