On June 26, 2025, a meeting of the Conference of the Labor Collective of the Rivne Medical Academy was held to approve the Collective Agreement of the institution.

All employees of the Academy actively participated in the discussion of the Collective Agreement, which lasted for more than 6 months. Many comments and amendments were made, which were carefully studied by the working group on the creation of the Collective Agreement. In addition, a commission was created to consider labor disputes.

The Chairman of the Conference of the Labor Collective Serhii PROKAZIUK thanked everyone for effective cooperation and constructive dialogue in the creation of the Collective Agreement.
