Educational and methodological forum "Specialist of the XXI century: research and educational innovations under martial law in Ukraine" was held
On January 28, 2025, the educational and methodological forum "Specialist of the XXI century: research and educational innovations under martial law in Ukraine" was held online at Rivne Medical Academy. The event was co-organized by Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after V. Hnatiuk and Rivne Regional Institute of Post diploma Pedagogical Education. The forum was opened by the rector of the Rivne Medical Academy, professor, doctor of economics, Nataliia MAMONTOVA, who pointed out the main ways of developing higher medical education in Ukraine and noted that the goal of the forum is the mutual exchange of achievements in the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions under martial law, the creation of an active educational environment through the introduction of innovative teaching methods; selection of convenient formats for the participants of the educational process within the framework of full-time, distance and mixed studying using modern educational platforms, technologies and methods; creation of conditions for research activities; promotion of the qualification of scientific and pedagogical workers through non-formal and informal education; activation of academic mobility. Nataliia Anatoliivna wished the participants of the forum a constructive dialogue in order to determine priority areas in the training of future medical and pharmaceutical workers. Also, welcoming remarks were made by Oleg VIVSIANNYK, Director of the Department of civil protection and public health of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration; Petro KORZHEVSKYI, Director of the Department of education and science of the Rivne Regional State Administration and Maia ANDREIEVA, Chief Specialist of the Department of vocational-technical and higher education of the Department of education and science of the Rivne Regional State Administration; Nadiia DROBYK, Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences, First Vice-Rector of the Ternopil National Pedagogical University, Honored worker of science and technology of Ukraine.
In total, more than 180 participants took part in the event, of which 45 have scientific degrees and academic titles.
Among the participants of the educational and methodological event were representatives from 32 educational institutions of Ukraine. Based on the results of the forum, a collection of abstracts will be formed, which will present the results of research on topical issues of the development of medical education under martial law.
