On March 20, as part of the methodological month "Innovative educational environment is the basis of the formation of a competent specialist", an open meeting of the cyclic committee of pharmaceutical disciplines was held in face-to-face format on the topic "Innovative technologies of the development of the medical student’s personality".

The intensification of information processes requires the development of a new model of education capable of ensuring the continuous development of the individual, striving for professionalism and self-improvement. The process of humanity's entry into the new information society also determines new requirements in the education system. The use of innovative technologies in the educational process opens up not only diverse opportunities, but also allows taking into account the individual intellectual and physical capabilities of students, stimulating their scientific research and applying them in the practice of the educational process of professional training.

Since the teacher is the organizer of the educational process, his main goal is to awaken and support students' desire for knowledge, which prompts the teaching staff to look for ways to increase the interest of students in learning, diversifying its content, forms and methods through the use of innovative technologies.
