For Ukrainians this day is a time to remember that our women are unique and capable of creating history.

A woman in Ukraine has always been, is and will be important, valuable and creative, a protector of the family and an active figure in society. And today she is a warrior, savior, defender and champion of human rights.

So today, March 8, for Ukrainians, is a day of pride for our Ukrainian women, respect for their rights, a day of honoring their wisdom, strength, victories, willingness to help and preserving faith in a happy future.
