At the Rivne Medical Academy, caring for the mental health of students and teachers is not just words, but daily practice.

Thus, students gradually master the practices of threadography - a tactile art therapy technique that helps reduce emotional stress, restore concentration, and feel inner balance.

The class is conducted by teacher Svitlana Lukashchuk, who creates a space where everyone can stop, breathe, feel the texture of the thread in their hands - and find peace in movement.

Each turn of the thread is a symbol of harmony, strength, and attention to oneself. Here we do not just create a picture - we weave our own state: peace, stability, inspiration.

Such initiatives are part of the Academy's systematic work to support psychological well-being. Together, we build an academic environment where it is important not only to know, but also to feel  yourself well.
