The largest student sports competition has begun in Rivne region - "Side by side All-Ukrainian student leagues".

The grand opening was held with the participation of representatives of the regional authorities, the sports community and higher education institutions. The Rector of the Rivne Medical Academy, Roman Shustyk, also joined the event, showing support for the development of student sports and youth initiatives.

The competition started with basketball. For five months, male and female students of higher education institutions of the region will compete in four sports: basketball, volleyball, futsal and cheerleading.

The Rivne Medical Academy is actively involved in participating in the leagues. In particular, our Academy will be represented by a cheerleading team, which is already preparing to perform in the competition.

Participation in student leagues contributes to the development of physical culture, the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, the formation of team spirit and the strengthening of inter-institutional cooperation.
