The student self-government of the Rivne Medical Academy is actively involved into the development of youth policy and the search of resources for new projects!

Our representatives attended an important presentation from the Ukrainian Youth Fund, dedicated to the 2026 grant competitions. The Academy was represented by the head of the student council, Olha Prokopchuk, deputy head of the student council, Solomiia Balitska, and deputy head of the leisure sector, Bohdana Chubai.

What did we learn?

The main speakers of the event — the director of the UYF Mykola Kobys and the head of the grant programs department, Vitalii Kryzhanivskyi — spoke in detail about the conditions of participation and requirements for applications.

The most valuable part was the practical intensive: the participants were shown the process of filling out a grant application step by step. This made it possible to start working on their own ideas right during the meeting!

Why is this important?

State support for youth initiatives through the UYF opens the door to the implementation of social, educational and medical projects at our academy.
