The Rivne Medical Academy hosted an educational event dedicated to the memory of graduates who died defending Ukraine. Students, teachers, and employees of the educational institution participated in the event.

The event was hosted by teachers Valentyna Lukashchuk and Mykola Lukashchuk. During the meeting, the organizers spoke about Mykola Karnaukhov, a teacher at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering, a volunteer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war. The street where the central building of the Academy is located is named after him.

The names and life paths of graduates, their professional choices, service, and contribution to the defense of the state were also recalled. Memories of the years of study, humanity and responsibility that they showed during their student days were heard. Mariia Vlasiuk, Mykola Bondaruk, Maksym Zosimchuk, Vladyslav Denysiuk, Taras Demianiuk, Volodymyr Zhurskyi, Yaroslav Moroz – and their names are forever inscribed in the book of memory and honor of our institution.

The participants of the event honored the memory of the heroes with a minute of silence. A bright memory to our graduates. Their example of service and courage will forever remain part of the history of the Rivne Medical Academy.
