A panel of like-minded people entitled "Unity Day is a historical symbol of Ukrainian statehood" was held

On January 22, 2025, a panel of like-minded people entitled "Unity Day is a historical symbol of Ukrainian statehood" was held in the methodical office of the educational building № 1 of  "Rivne Medical Academy". The event brought together teachers, students and representatives of the institution's administration.

Unity Day of Ukraine is one of the landmark holidays of Ukrainian statehood. It is a reminder that the strength of our state is in unity.

The panel began with a welcoming speech by the organizers, who emphad the significance of Unity Day as a symbol of unity and independence of Ukraine. The main part of the event included speeches by scientists who spoke about the historical aspects of the unification of Ukraine, their significance in the context of modern events and challenges.

In addition, participants had the opportunity to participate in discussions where they expressed their thoughts on the importance of unity and cooperation for the future development of the country. An important moment of the panel was the exchange of views on the role of youth in preserving and spreading historical memory of the events related to the Day of Unity.

They also honored the memory of the deceased poet-machine gunner Maksym Kryvtsov, and read poems from his poetry collection "Poems from the loophole".

The event ended with a final discussion, in which the participants agreed that unity is about a conscious choice, not situational selectivity.

Unity is unity! Future is impossible without it!
