Today, the students of the Academy had a special meeting - with a Person for whom the word "medicine" has become synonymous with "service".

A military doctor and at the same time a psychologist by profession, Liudmyla Matiukh (Korytba), visited us and shared her experience of working on the front line - where seconds decide the fate of life, and strength of spirit is sometimes more important than any equipment.

She spoke about real cases of helping the wounded, about the price of quick decisions, about endurance, humanity and psychological resilience, without which it is impossible to remain a doctor in the most difficult conditions.

Such meetings are not just conversations. These are the lessons of true professionalism, deep humanity and love for one's work. They inspire, give faith in the chosen path, and remind us why every medical student once entered this profession — to save lives.
