Being a donor is cool!
On the eve of World Blood Donor Day, teachers and students of the Rivne Medical Academy joined an extremely important initiative - they donated blood at the Rivne Regional Blood Service Center.
World Blood Donor Day is celebrated every year on June 14 to thank people who share their blood to save others. At the time when the need for donor blood remains especially high, each donation is of great importance.
For students and their mentors, this action became not only a manifestation of civic responsibility, but also an opportunity to demonstrate by their own example the value of humanity, mutual support and caring for others.
Among our colleagues, there are those for whom donation has long become a conscious life position. They regularly donate blood without advertising it, but such actions that change someone's life for the better every day.
Thank you to everyone who joined. Together, we prove once again: being a doctor is not only about the profession, but also about the willingness to help where it is needed.
