The 9^th of August is the Day of Remembrance of Defenders of Ukraine. Every year on August 29, Ukraine honors those who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of our state. This is a day of deep sorrow and at the same time a day of unity, when the whole country bows its head to the courage of its sons and daughters.

We remember the dead. We value the alive. And we will never forgive the enemy.
