Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving Day is a holiday with a long history, celebrated in many countries around the world and mainly associated with the completion of agricultural work. The main goal is to thank God for the harvest and help in growing the harvest and for all the achievements of the nation during the year. In the United States and Canada, this holiday is celebrated every fourth Thursday in November.
On the occasion of Thanksgiving the teachers of the cyclic committee of foreign languages Ryshchuk O.V., Shkola А.М., Kravchyk-Maidanovych L.M., Netepchuk A.Yu., Dzhula I.Yu., Tsymbala M.O., Redko L.I. conducted hours of communication on gratitude, compassion and charity. In a warm and cozy atmosphere with delicacies and tea, the students discussed good deeds, charity and what each of us can be grateful for in our lives. The students actively participated in the charity, the funds raised were transferred to the account of the mother of a girl with SMA and a cancer fighter.
It is very important in today's world to be grateful for what we have and not indifferent to other people's grief!
