Today, a public discussion of the educational and professional program "Pharmacy" of the master's level of education took place at the Rivne Medical Academy.

The meeting brought together representatives of leading higher education institutions, employers in the pharmaceutical sector, practicing specialists and our students. Such broad dialogue allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the strengths of the program, identifying areas for its improvement and agreeing on a vision for the further development of pharmaceutical education at the academy.

During the discussion, the participants shared their experience, outlined current challenges in the pharmaceutical industry and provided valuable recommendations regarding the content of the EPP. In particular, the topic was:

• innovative approaches to teaching pharmaceutical disciplines;

• competencies that need to be strengthened in modern programs;

• practical skills that are critically important for employers;

• technologies and tools that should be integrated into the educational process;

• expectations and needs of students regarding the content and quality of the educational environment.

We thank all participants for their openness, professionalism and willingness to cooperate. Your suggestions and comments will become the basis for further updating and improving the EPP "Pharmacy" so that the training of masters meets modern standards and needs of the pharmaceutical market.

Together we form a high-quality pharmaceutical education and a strong professional community.
