In order to improve the professional competence of the students of the "Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Technologies" department of the "Rivne Medical Academy", the future laboratory assistants visited the Rivne Regional Dispensary of Radiation Protection of the Population, where they visited the dispensary's clinical laboratories. The students had the opportunity to examine blood and urine preparations under a microscope both in normal and pathological changes. Laboratory doctors Krainova Ilona Anatoliivna, Lidiia Zinoviivna Okhrymchuk, Ostashuk Alla Oleksandrivna shared their experience and developments regarding the latest methods in work and introduced students to new medical equipment that facilitates the work of a laboratory technician in determining analyses. Medical workers are sincerely grateful to the administration of "Rivne Medical Academy", the head of the department of fundamental disciplines O. P. Mialuk, the head of the department "Medical business" V. M. Sternik. for the fruitful cooperation of the educational establishment with the medical institution and in future they are glad to see graduates of the Academy as their employees.
