An important meeting was held for the graduating students of the Rivne Medical Academy with representatives of the Central City Hospital of the Rivne City Council. The event was organized by the Academy's Employment Assistance Department to better acquaint future doctors with the institution and support them on their way to employment.
During the meeting, head nurse Yuliia Morozovska presented the experience of the institution's nursing service and spoke in detail about the specifics of work in various departments. From Yevhenii Kucheruk, Deputy Director for Communications and Partnerships, the students learned about the daily challenges of the profession, development opportunities and prospects for young specialists.
They talked not only about work, but also about the life of the hospital team - professional competitions, corporate events, international cooperation and internships, which open up new horizons for medical workers.
This meeting marked the beginning of a series of career guidance events which are to help Academy graduates confidently move from education to professional activity. Ahead are new acquaintances with medical institutions, specialists, and employers who are waiting for our doctors.
